The LLEP Careers Hub is encouraging companies to assess their careers offer using a new online tool.
The Careers and Enterprise Company’s Employer Standards assessment allows businesses to assess how effectively they are interacting with the education sector.
Its easy-to-use online tool enables employers to identify, compare, and improve engagement and performance against nine Employer Standards.
The tool is designed to improve links between schools and colleges and employers in a bid to boost the regional skills pipeline.
Businesses which complete the self-assessment can:
- Review results in a secure account and compare against national aggregated data
- Compare against others (nationally, regionally, and by sector)
- Access resources to improve scores (evidence packs, take action documents, video case studies and templates).
